For dinner tonight, I made fish tacos using a recipe from Bittman's The Recipes in the World. The recipe calls for white fish, chile powder, lime juice, garlic, corn meal, salt and pepper. You fry the fish up in some oil and serve in a tortilla with shredded cabbage and salsa. I also put on some guacamole because it's one of my favorite toppings.

It turned out really well and seems pretty healthy. This recipe is a new one to me so it counts towards my challenge. Sweet. I've now completed 15% of the recipe task.
