"Servants in heaven, kings in hell..."

• I can see now why people set limits on how many beers they'll have.  A valuable lesson going forward for sure.
• I didn't end up making the fish and chips today.  I'll make them tomorrow.  The big question is whether I should count the fish and fries as separate recipes for my 101 challenge.  Hmmm...I guess so since they're on separate pages in the cookbook.
• This weekend was really nice weather-wise, but I didn't take advantage of it.  Shame on me, but I expect the weather to improve going forward.
• One of my cousins is a pilot for the Marines.  He may become associated with this detection system.
• One of our mutual cousins just got accepted to the FBI late last week.  He definitely belongs.
