I more or less kept pace this week with a 1.5 lb increase with 0.5 lb being fat. It's not a big deal in the long run. I went to badminton and basketball this week since volleyball was off. I think I did the right amount of exercise, but I had a lot more sugar than planned. I need to stop medicating with it for sure.
It seems like the weather has turned for the better so I should be able to start riding my bike again. I think I'll start riding it over to the park where I can shoot some hoops since I need to practice big time. I'm tired of being the worst dude on the court so I'm going to do something about it.
