South Beach Diet, Phase I: Day 13

Breakfast: Sausage and cheese
Lunch: Burger in lettuce, a glass of milk and salad
Dinner: Meatloaf, salad and a glass of almond milk
Snack: Peanut butter
Exercise: None

Ah ha. Just one more day and then I can have sugar and carbs again. I can hardly wait.
