Fitness update

I lost three pounds this week, but little of it was fat.  Not cool.  The weather improved so I was able to go to badminton, volleyball and basketball.  I didn't do a good job of jumping rope and bouncing on my trampoline each morning so I need to get back into the habit.

I've sort of started a sugar detox, but we'll see for how long it lasts.
