Fitness update

Super sweet. I lost 2.4 lbs of fat this week. I'm not sure how, but I went to all three Bethlehem activities, stayed away from sugar as much as I could and did my rope jumping, pullups and trampoline bouncing. This week sets a new record low for weight and body fat percentage and represents nearly 24 lbs of fat lost from my peak chunkiness in early 2008.

I was able to do three consecutive pullups this morning so this new fitness is legitimate. I get pretty stoked thinking about how strong I'll get after P90X.

I need to make sure I maintain momentum by continually to eat well. I'm still hungry for sugar, but the cravings are slowly going away.
